Job summary

Celltrion Branchburg, LLC seeks a Process Control Engineer to oversee Rockwell PLC/HMI codes, S88 batch, OSI PI historian, and data analytics for reliable manufacturing operations at the Branchburg facility. You will support day-to-day process control activities and drive GMP-compliant changes across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

B.S. or M.S. in Engineering (Chemical, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering).
Experience with Rockwell PLC/HMI process control systems and OSI PI historian.
Proficient in MS SQL database/reporting and data analytics tools.
GMP frontline support experience is required.
Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Oversee development/configuration of Rockwell PLC/HMI codes and OSI PI historian.
Provide frontline GMP support for daily biologics manufacturing operations.
Lead data analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement projects.
Coordinate with Maintenance, IT, Engineering and Manufacturing for plant shutdowns and validations.
Manage change controls, deviations, SOPs, and FRDs.
