Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of Rockwell Process Control Systems (PLC/HMI).
• Experience with OSI PI Historian, MS SQL, and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of data analytics for manufacturing processes and DI compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop Rockwell PLC/HMI codes, S88 batch, OSI PI historian, and data analytics reporting.
• Provide frontline support for PLC/HMI codes and historian data collection systems.
• Lead projects with contractors and cross-functional teams; manage change controls and deviations.
• Support daily biologics manufacturing operations and validation activities for process equipment.
