Job summary

Celltrion Branchburg, LLC seeks a Process Control Engineer to oversee Rockwell PLC/HMI development, historian data, and analytics for biologics manufacturing. You will support day-to-day GMP operations, drive deviations and change control, and work with cross-functional teams.

The role requires expertise in Rockwell Process Control, OSI PI, MS SQL, and data visualization tools, with hybrid work flexibility and travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of Rockwell Process Control Systems (PLC/HMI).
• Minimum 3 years with OSI PI Historian, MS SQL and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development/configuration of PLC/HMI codes and S88 batch recipes.
• Provide frontline support for process controls in GMP manufacturing.
• Lead data analytics reporting and visualization to monitor processes.
