Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Process Control Team Engineer within Global Manufacturing Engineering to drive process control strategies across NA VO plants, blending strategy, design, and plant execution. You will analyze characteristics, update PFMEAs, implement control plans, collaborate with PD, Quality, and VME, and lead on-site tooling installation, with travel up to NA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in Automotive Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, or Product Development.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, Control Plans, DFMEA/PFMEA.

Responsibilities

• Develop/implement process control strategies across plant teams.
• Update PFMEAs and Control Plans to align with design changes.
• Lead cross-functional reviews with PD, Quality, and VME stakeholders.
• Drive on-site toolings installations and validation.
• Deliver executive-level reports on risk reduction and status.
