Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR Associate degree in a technical field with a minimum of 5 years of related manufacturing, electrical, or automation experience.
Five or more years of experience with PLC programming, automation systems, and controls integration; Rockwell Automation experience preferred.
Competence in instrumentation for installation and innovation in new technologies.
Ability to read, comprehend, and compose technical instructions and memos; strong presentation and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management abilities; can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Develop and enforce company-wide OT standards for PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial network architecture.
Coordinate and execute disaster recovery plans with regular validation tests.
Design and implement new PLC or control system architectures with modular code and version control practices.
Install, configure, and tune motor control systems including VFDs and servo systems.
Lead equipment commissioning and start-up, ensuring operators are trained and handoff is smooth.
