This position is responsible for assisting process leaders and process stewards in planning, defining, developing, testing, documenting, analyzing results, and implementing process improvement and reengineering opportunities. It provides guidance and support for business process activities and methods to super process leaders and stewards. The role involves supporting team activities, deliverables, issue resolution, data collection, metric definition and analysis, root cause analysis, and the development of HCSC's business process management methodology. Additionally, the role includes identifying best practices, standards, guidelines, procedures, and tools for analyzing, designing, and implementing Business Process initiatives.
