Job description

Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting process leaders/process stewards in planning, defining, developing, testing, documenting, analyzing results, and implementing process improvement and reengineering opportunities. Providing guidance and support for business process activities and methods to super process leaders/process stewards. Supporting team activities, deliverables, and issue resolution. Assisting with data collection, metric definition and analysis, and root cause analysis. Supporting the development and evolution of HCSC's business process management methodology. Identifying best practice standards, guidelines, procedures, and tools for analyzing, designing, and implementing Business Process initiatives.

Required Job Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of business experience.
  2. 3 years experience in process improvement and development of business metrics.
  3. 3 years experience in a healthcare role involving judgment and analytical skills.
  4. Experience in leading, developing, or managing employees.
  5. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Experience working with all organizational levels, leading projects, and resolving problems.
  7. Experience facilitating group meetings, including representing the company with external customers.
  8. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.
  9. Strong analytical and organizational skills, including meeting deadlines.

This role will be remote.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
  1. Experience in Quality Improvement.
  2. Experience working with project management methodologies.
  3. Experience using quality improvement programs such as TQM or Six Sigma.
  4. Ability to travel.
