Job summary

UEC is seeking a motivated intern to develop business process diagrams and assist in building automation bots using Blue Prism at our Knoxville headquarters. You will participate in transformation initiatives, gaining hands-on experience while collaborating with professionals delivering automation solutions.

Ideal candidates are pursuing undergrad or master’s degrees in IT, BPM, Business Analytics, or CIS, with Excel proficiency and an interest in automation and user experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in IT, BPM, Business Analytics, or CIS.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with automation tools is a plus with training provided.
• Strong communication, empathy, user experience focus, and teamwork.
• High interest in process automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop business process diagrams by documenting processes and identifying automation opportunities.
• Assist in building automation bots using Blue Prism and other technologies under guidance.
• Support transformation initiatives to streamline processes and improve effectiveness.
• Receive hands-on mentorship while working with professionals designing automation solutions.
