Stfrancis in Knoxville offers a full-time, in-person internship from June 7 to August 13, 2027. You will analyze and diagram business processes, map workflows, and help build automation bots with Blue Prism under guidance.

Ideal candidates are pursuing IT, BPM, or related degrees, with strong Excel skills, collaborative spirit, and a passion for continuous improvement and user experience. Mentorship and real-world automation exposure await.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Develop business process diagrams by analyzing and documenting business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Assist in building automation bots using Blue Prism software and other automation technologies under team guidance.
• Support business transformation initiatives that streamline processes and improve operational effectiveness.
• Receive hands-on mentorship and gain real-world experience working with professionals designing and implementing automation solutions.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in Information Technology, Business Process Management, Business Analytics, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Blue Prism, process mapping tools, automation technologies, or data analysis tools is a plus, with training provided as needed.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and an appreciation for user experience, with enjoyment in collaboration and problem-solving.
• A high level of interest in process automation, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies.
