Pilot Company is seeking a Process Automation Intern for the summer of 2027 in Knoxville, TN. You will join the Process Automation team to support bot development and process improvement across the organization.

You will learn hands-on with Blue Prism, gain exposure to automation technologies, and collaborate with experienced professionals dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in Information Technology, Business Process Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel is essential; exposure to automation tools is a plus, with training provided.

Responsibilities

Develop business process diagrams and maps to identify automation opportunities.
Assist in building automation bots using Blue Prism under guidance from the team.
Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and partner experiences.
Learn from mentors while contributing to real automation projects across Pilot Company.
