Iron Mountain is seeking a Process Assistant / Operations Team Lead to join our Warehouse & Logistics team in Haslet, TX. This role focuses on leading daily operations, ensuring efficient fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and cost-effective processes to meet customer needs.

You will mentor staff, monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and coordinate with the Operations Supervisor. The position requires 2–3 years of leadership in logistics, WMS knowledge, and availability to work 5 days a week, 7 am–4 pm.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven leadership in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Forklift certificate is a plus.

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled - Process Assistant /Operations Team Lead to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. This critical role involves managing the daily operations of the Logistics Center in a cost-effective way, ensuring both internal and external customer needs are met. The ideal candidate will be a leader who fosters a productive and efficient environment, directly contributing to our ability to satisfy customer demands.

Schedule: 5 days per week, 7 am to 4 pm

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, meticulously organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.
• Collaborate with team members and the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations, provide comprehensive training, and **escalate** employee issues as necessary to maintain open communication.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance by providing mentorship, monitoring team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and preparing detailed operational reports to inform decision-making.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and skills in monitoring daily production goals and dynamically adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
• Forklift certificate is a plus
• Physical requirements to lift at least 40 lbs, with frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping as required for the role.
