Job summary

Iron Mountain in the Town of Texas, Wisconsin, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader to manage daily operations, oversee shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy. Successful candidates will have 2-3 years of leadership experience in warehouse logistics and knowledge of WMS.

Schedule: 5 days per week, 7 am to 4 pm

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, meticulously organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.
• Collaborate with team members and the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations, provide comprehensive training, and escalte employee issues as necessary to maintain open communication.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance by providing mentorship, monitoring team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and preparing detailed operational reports to inform decision-making.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and skills in monitoring daily production goals and dynamically adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
• Forklift certificate is a plus
• Physical requirements to lift at least 40 lbs, with frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping as required for the role.
