Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Processing Associate to manage the flow of physical assets through our warehouses. You will handle receiving, storing, and coordinating shipments while maintaining accurate records and inventory control.

Responsibilities include processing and auditing goods, coordinating shipping/receiving schedules, and upholding a clean, safe warehouse environment. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting over 50 lbs, and basic warehouse operations experience.

Job Overview

Join our team as a Processing Associate, where you'll play a vital role in managing the flow of physical assets through our warehouses. You'll handle everything from receiving and storing goods to coordinating shipments-all while keeping accurate records and ensuring our inventory is accounted for.

Responsibilities

• Process, store, and manage physical assets with care and precision.
• Audit and track all incoming goods to maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements

• Experience or training in warehouse operations or inventory control.
• Ability to follow established procedures closely, with some room to suggest improvements.
• Comfortable working under moderate supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
• Able to tolerate standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable grabbing and moving pallets.
• Able to lift over 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience or willingness to shrink wrap pallets.
