Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Process Assistant / Operations Team Lead to join our Warehouse & Logistics team in Haslet, TX. This role focuses on leading daily operations, ensuring efficient fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and cost-effective processes to meet customer needs.

You will mentor staff, monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and coordinate with the Operations Supervisor. The position requires 2–3 years of leadership in logistics, WMS knowledge, and availability to work 5 days a week, 7 am–4 pm.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven leadership in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Forklift certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing shipments and inventory.
• Mentor team, coordinate with Operations Supervisor, escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor KPIs, ensure productivity, quality, and compliance, and prepare reports.
