Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Development Process Engineer to support hardware product development. You will work with our broader Engineering and Production teams to ensure robust, adaptable processes for our growing hardware portfolio and to architect process strategies for the design and development workflows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop PDP tools, and ensure these resources are accessible and used across the organization.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a technical field is required.
• 8+ years of industry experience in design, development or product management.
• Experience with mechanical or electrical design and bringing products to market.
• US Person is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design, Program, and cross-functional leads to align on best practices.
• Develop PDP tool using GitHub, Party Bus, and Claude Collaboration.
• Define architecture for processes used across teams and release updates.
• Own central standards repository for design and analysis standards.
• Partner with engineering leadership on design and test practices.
• Centralize requirements for R&D, design reviews, and production readiness.
