Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead of Business Process and Procedures for the manufacturing engineering team to drive development and execution of robust manufacturing processes. You will build a high-performing team and partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Development to scale operations.

You will own new processes, balance standardization with adaptability, and guide feasibility and risk for new projects, supporting rapid growth and higher production volumes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering or related roles.
• 8+ years in relevant domains across manufacturing/engineering.
• Strong leadership, communication, and PM skills.
• Understanding of product lifecycle and manufacturing readiness.
• Ability to influence across levels and disciplines.
• Experience with PLM/MES/TES systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of business process engineers.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Development.
• Define and manage manufacturing initiatives from ideation to rollout.
• Balance standardization with adaptability for scalable solutions.
• Identify improvement areas and provide actionable recommendations.
• Engage cross-functional teams and align milestones with program schedule.
