Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure quality and performance of troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair activities and the documentation of failure data.
- Monitor employee performance and regularly provide employee feedback. Empower, mentor and coach employees, write and deliver performance reviews, and assist employees in setting goals.
- Develop and train staff to meet production needs.
- Work within established safety and quality standards.
- Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
- Understand, Create, Simplify.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year associate's degree in engineering technology or equivalent experience
- Meet all duties and responsibilities of an Equipment Maintenance Technician II
- Associate's degree in electronic technology or equivalent experience
- Two years manufacturing-related technical experience with in-depth understanding of manufacturing equipment programming, maintenance, and repair
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor staff
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Expertise in Excel, Word, Access and maintenance software
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL
- Negative drug test result(s)
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of programming automated production equipment
- Basic knowledge of printed circuit board assembly, mechanical assembly, and cable assembly processes

- Pay Range Data: $ 40.50 - 59.85 per hour

Candidates may be considered at different levels based on their background. As a result, pay may vary to align with the level of the role.
