• Track deliverables, dependencies, actions, and timelines across initiatives.
• Partner with business teams to validate documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain project and process documentation repositories.
• Utilize AI and productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to accelerate documentation and mapping activities.
