Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a Nobel Biocare Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a team of hourly associates, and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. You will implement Lean tools, ensure SOP and GMP compliance, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Planning to optimize production.

You will have a 4-year college degree and 7+ years in regulated manufacturing with 2+ years of leadership, plus hands-on experience with Lean, SAP,

Qualifications

7+ years of transferable experience in highly regulated production environments or equivalent.
2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
Experience documenting and presenting performance metrics regularly.
Hands-on Lean tools application to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
Report results daily, weekly and monthly; monitor workflow and staffing; resolve bottlenecks.
Ensure SOPs, GMP and Standard Work adherence; supervise hourly associates and provide feedback.
Develop training plans aligned with career growth; foster engagement and teamwork.
Conduct safety audits and incident investigations; drive continuous improvement via Lean and Kaizen.
