Job summary

Envista is seeking a Nobel Biocare Procera Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will lead a team, program lean initiatives, ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, and partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Planning to sustain improvements.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years in regulated production, and 2+ years of leadership.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience in manufacturing, or engineering.
• 7+ years experience in highly regulated production environments.
• 2+ years leadership experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Monitor workflow, adjust staffing, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure SOPs, GMP, and standard work are followed.
• Coach and mentor hourly associates; conduct performance reviews.
• Develop training plans aligned with career growth and business goals.
• Drive safety audits and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Planning to optimize production.
• Travel to off-site facilities for training or benchmarking.
