Banner Health is seeking a Clinical Procedure Supply Coordinator to manage inventory and procurement for the Clinical Procedure areas at Banner University Tucson. You will ensure timely acquisition of materials and equipment, coordinate with physicians and departments, and maintain inventory levels and cost containment.

Qualifikationen

• Requires an associate degree in business or procurement, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of healthcare clinical area materials management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; knowledge of surgical supplies and equipment.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate procurement, receipt, distribution, stocking and inventory management for Clinical Procedure areas.
• Verify supply requests and ensure compliance with contracts; coordinate special deliveries.
• Manage recalls, product returns, and consignment items; monitor shelf life and rotate stock.
• Use MMIS and purchasing systems to track orders, usage and charges; support New Technology requests.
