HonorHealth Osborn Medical Center is seeking a Coordinator of Clinical Support Services to manage perioperative and procedural supply chain activities. You will oversee medical supplies, maintain par levels, and coordinate with Surgical Perioperative Departments, Procedural departments, and Supply Chain Services to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4 years of healthcare experience, strong inventory control, cost-awareness, and proven collaboration with clinicians and vendors.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Experience with Perioperative or procedural supply chain is preferred.
• Strong inventory and cost-control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply chain activities for Perioperative and Procedural areas.
• Maintain par levels, inventory accuracy, and recalls management.
• Collaborate with Clinical Support Services Manager to align stock to demand.
• Monitor supplier performance and support cost containment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and HIPAA adherence.
