Brown University Health is seeking a Procedural Coordinator to provide high-level customer service and operational support for procedural services including perioperative, cardiovascular and diagnostic imaging. Under the supervision of Brown University Health Supply Chain Operations Leadership, ensure supplies are available and case carts are prepared to support patient care.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in supply chain or hospital procedural areas and proficiency

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years in Supply Chain or hospital procedural areas.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, aseptic techniques, surgical instruments and equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to represent Brown University Health and Supply Chain with all levels.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level customer service and operational support to procedural services.
• Maintain quality assurance and practice standards per policies.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain leadership and suppliers to ensure deliveries.
• Assist with inventory management, case carts, and restocking.
• Participate in annual supply inventory and audits.
• Train new employees on supply chain operations.
