Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Texas or compact state.
• PACU or acute care experience preferred.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and on-call schedule as described.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care planning.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify nursing diagnoses; develop and modify personalized care plans.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care as needed.
• Provide education to patients and families integrated into care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, efficient care delivery.
• Demonstrate professionalism and contribute to a positive work environment.
