Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license and current licensure to practice in Texas.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards and patient care practices.
• Proficient use of EMR/EHR systems and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed patient assessments and develop/adjust care plans.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure safety and quality of care.
• Educate patients and families; document learning needs and actions.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and monitor outcomes with the team.
