Job summary

BD is seeking a Procedural Sales Specialist to support Endourology product sales and educate customers on proper use. You will work with Territory Managers, travel to hospitals and surgery centers, and contribute to case support and revenue growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of sales experience, willingness to relocate, and the ability to travel up to 60%. A valid driver’s license and compliance with BD policies are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supports Territory Managers to drive sales revenue beyond targets.
• Builds and maintains relationships within accounts.
• Coordinates with sales, logistics, timing and execution of customer evaluations.
• Performs product demonstrations and customer education.
• Maintains clinical knowledge in relevant disease states.
• Develops skills in territory management and selling.
