OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care in a 24/7 Procedural Care Unit. The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs within policy. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for assigned patients.

The role requires an Ohio RN license, BLS, and a BSN after 5 years of employment, with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork in a high reliability organization.

Qualificações

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment/Diagnosis: Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and individual.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation: Evaluates and documents response to interventions and revises plan with the multidisciplinary team.
• Leadership/Operations: Focus on safety, quality and efficiency; participate in process improvement.
