OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital is seeking a Staff RN for Procedural Care on a full-time day shift. You will provide comprehensive nursing care throughout the patient care continuum in a 24/7 department, with responsibilities including assessment, care planning, and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsabilités

• Provides general nursing care to patients and families in diverse, acute care settings.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for assigned patients.
• Delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs according to the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Participates in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Maintains focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
