Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Same Day Surgery Center at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. The role is full-time (32 hours/week) with day shift, requiring experience in ICU, ED, Pre-Op, or PACU and an Ohio RN license with BLS certification.

The RN will provide perioperative nursing care, assess and plan patient care, and collaborate with licensed staff to ensure safety and quality throughout the perioperative continuum.

Qualifications

• BSN required; RN license in Ohio; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• 30% Assessment/Diagnosis: initial and ongoing health status assessment.
• 30% Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned nursing interventions.
• 20% Implementation/Evaluation: evaluate and adjust care plans with the team.
• 10% Leadership: participate in process improvement for quality, satisfaction, and finances.
• 10% Operations: perform other duties as assigned.
