Job summary

Savio seeks MST-PSB Therapists to provide in-home Multisystemic Therapy for youth in the Denver metro area. The role emphasizes a small caseload (5–6 families), community-based therapy, and collaboration with caregivers to foster sustainable change.

Ideal candidates bring advanced training in CBT and family therapies, with a flexible, self-motivated approach. The position includes supervision toward licensure and a supportive team environment.

• Master’s in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or related field.
• DORA registration to provide therapy such as LPCC, MFTC, SWC

Responsibilities

• Maintain a small, intensive caseload of 5-6 families.
• Conduct therapy in the community, in families’ homes.
• Use the following theories: CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Behavior Modification, Structural and Strategic Family Therapies.
• Empower families to create lasting change
• Engage primary caregiver and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment.

Savio is hiring family therapists! Savio will pay for training for therapists to provide Multisystemic Therapy for Problem Sexual Behaviors.

Description

MST (Multisystemic Therapy) is a scientifically proven treatment model that targets youth 12-17 who are exhibiting delinquent-type behaviors such as running away, substance use, defiance, aggression, and truancy, and problem sexual behaviors. Therapists work closely with parents and caregivers to leverage change by working in families’ homes and in the community.

This position provides in-home services for the Denver metro area.

What does an MST therapist do?

• Maintain a small, intensive caseload of 5-6 families.

Salary:

Starting with candidacy (LPCC, SWC, MFTC): $58,660

Starting Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $61,660

Starting MA Bilingual: $63,660

** Supervision towards professional licenses provided in this role
