Job summary

Savio is seeking Multisystemic Therapists (MST) to deliver in-home Multisystemic Therapy in Longmont, CO. NEW GRADS WELCOME and supervision toward licensure is provided.

Training for MST is paid by Savio, with a flexible, autonomous schedule and a supportive team in Boulder County and surrounding areas. Therapists work with families and caregivers, using CBT and family therapies to reduce youth risk behaviors and prevent out-of-home placements.

Qualifications

• Master's in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or related field.
• DORA registration to provide therapy such as LPCC, MFTC, SWC.
• Bachelor's with extensive experience considered on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain small, intensive caseload of 5-6 families.
• Conduct therapy in the community and in families' homes.
• Engage primary caregiver and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment.
• Meet weekly for group supervision and expert consultation.
• Provide in-home services for Boulder County and surrounding counties.
