Job summary

Savio House seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide trauma-informed therapy to youth ages 5–18 and their families in a community-based setting. You will apply evidence-based treatments such as EMDR and TF-CBT, help prevent youth from entering the system, and support family healing through flexible, non-traditional scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• DORA licensure to provide therapy (LPCC, MFTC, SWC).
• Experience or interest in trauma-focused therapy with youth.

In this role, you will utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed treatments to support youth who have committed offense-specific behaviors and victims in their healing.

Daily Impact looks like:

• Engaging youth with problem sexual behaviors and victims using two evidence-based trauma treatments: Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
• Cultivating growth in the whole family unit to empower families and support youth.
• Keeping youth out of the system and with their families by preventing further misconduct.

Salary:

Starting with candidacy (LPCC, SWC, MFTC): $58,660

Starting Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $61,660

Starting MA Bilingual: 63,660
