Job Description:

Seeking a structured and detail‑oriented Problem Resolution Coordinator to support issue tracking and resolution activities within our System and Software Development organization. This role focuses on coordinating Change Requests (CRs) and Problem Reports (PRs) generated through internal testing activities and customer feedback. The position works closely with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure issues are properly documented, tracked, communicated, and resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track software and system network‑related issue tickets throughout the development process.
• Review incoming tickets for completeness, consistency, and required technical information.
• Based on high‑level analysis, assign each ticket to the best member of the global engineering team to lead the needed change estimation or problem investigation.
• Support standardization of issue reporting and tracking processes.
• Follow up with engineering teams and stakeholders regarding ticket status and resolution progress.
• Support communication and alignment with customers regarding reported issues and status updates.
• Monitor issue aging, priorities, and closure progress.
• Generate reports and metrics including issue inflow, burndown, and status tracking.
• Support project meetings with issue tracking summaries and status updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation in tools such as Jira.

Qualifications:

• Ability and willingness to travel to California as needed to meet and collaborate with customers.
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Office applications is required.
