Job summary

Edag-Mexico in Michigan, USA, is seeking a Problem Resolution Coordinator to coordinate and track software and system network issue tickets throughout the development process, ensuring timely resolution and clear traceability. You will review tickets for completeness, assign them to the best engineers, generate reports and metrics, and support stakeholders with status updates and customer communications.

Travel to California may be required to meet with the client and collaborate with the global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Generate reports and metrics including issue inflow, burndown, and status tracking.
• Support project meetings with issue tracking summaries and status updates.
• Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence.
• Ability and willingness to travel to California as needed to meet and collaborate with customer.
• English (C1-C2).
• Temporary contract.
