Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, printing, or bindery is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn specialized production equipment.
• Ability to read job tickets, work orders and production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor ProBind equipment according to job specifications and production schedules.
• Read and interpret job tickets, work orders, and production instructions.
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments to maintain production efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor equipment and make operational adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and downtime documentation.
