Job summary

Pregis Corporation is seeking a Bindery Operator to run and maintain bindery and finishing equipment, transforming printed sheets into final books, catalogs and manuals. You will set up multiple machines, monitor quality and output, and ensure efficient, safe production under supervision.

You will troubleshoot equipment, perform routine maintenance, and assist in coordinating shift transitions with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with proven bindery/cutter experience.
• Experience operating cutting and binding equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow job specifications and set up machines accordingly.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate bindery machinery and attachments.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Direct crew through production, monitor quality and output.
• Maintain accurate counts and adhere to safety practices.
