Job summary

4over is seeking a Bindery Operator I for the 3rd shift at the Dayton, OH plant. The role involves setting up and operating bindery equipment to meet customer specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and time-management skills. Training may occur at other times; schedule is 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, five days per week.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• Strong problem-solving, time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review batching systems and job tickets to identify priority work.
• Set up machines, verify readiness, and adjust parameters.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform quality control checks and report status to supervisor.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate when needed.
• Complete required records and maintain safety standards.
