Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of general experience required.
• One year of specialized experience required.
• Ability to analyze and reconcile information from databases and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with deadlines.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a low-intensity administrative caseload and monitor compliance.
• Administer the district’s inactive caseload and process records.
• Support officer specialty programs and manage related documentation.
• Assist investigations with records checks and report prep.
• Operate the automated case tracking system and generate reports.
• Support release date tracking and prerelease processes.
• Assist with training new staff on procedures and policies.
• Maintain inventory and office supplies.
