Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; evidence-based supervision experience preferred.
• Knowledge of laws/regulations pertaining to offenders and corrections.
• Experience with motivational interviewing and transitions planning recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of adult offenders with risk/need assessments.
• Refer offenders to treatment and community programs.
• Monitor offender progress and enforce conditions set by releasing authority.
• Prepare reports and document activities and outcomes.
• Assist in security operations when required.
• Conduct periodic screening for substance use.
