Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with required coursework in psychology, sociology, criminology, education or criminal justice administration.
• Willing and able to travel for job requirements and field supervision.
• Experience or training in evidence-based practices for offender supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of adult offenders, assess criminogenic risk/need, and coordinate transition plans.
• Conduct investigations (pre-sentence, interstate, pre-pardon, pre-parole) as needed.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations to releasing authorities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of offender caseload and case actions.
• Monitor offender payments and ensure compliance with financial obligations.
• Assist in security operations during disturbances and escort offenders when required.
• Conduct periodic drug and alcohol screening of offenders.
