Job summary

East Tennessee Human Resource Agency, Inc. is seeking a probation services professional to supervise misdemeanor offenders in Union County and maintain strong ties with court officials. The role includes offender registration, data management for audits, and coordinating electronic monitoring and urine screens.

The position also oversees educational programs such as anger management, DUI, domestic violence, and alcohol/drug awareness, contributing to public safety and rehabilitation efforts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Administration, Social Work, or Behavioral Sciences.
• Must have at least four years of experience in Criminal Justice or a social services agency providing counseling services.
• Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Supervise misdemeanor offenders to ensure compliance to probation order.
• Maintain working relationships with sessions and criminal court officials.
