The position also oversees educational programs such as anger management, DUI, domestic violence, and alcohol/drug awareness, contributing to public safety and rehabilitation efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Administration, Social Work, or Behavioral Sciences.
• Must have at least four years of experience in Criminal Justice or a social services agency providing counseling services.
• Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Aufgaben

• Supervise misdemeanor offenders to ensure compliance to probation order.
• Maintain working relationships with sessions and criminal court officials.
• Assist with the registration of misdemeanor offenders.
• Maintain and submit data for monthly and quarterly reports for the Misdemeanor Probation Program for state and agency auditors.
• Collect and deposit of fees, conduct random urine screens, and coordinate the use of electronic monitoring devices.
• Provide oversight of classes including anger management, DUI, domestic violence, and alcohol and drug awareness.
