Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in case management delivering direct services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor adults on probation, parole, or post-release supervision.
• Conduct home and community visits as required by supervision plans.
• Develop individualized supervision and case plans addressing risks and strengths.
• Prepare pre-sentence investigations and progress reports; testify in court when required.
