Job summary

Massachusetts Trial Court seeks an entry-level Probation Case Administrator for Middlesex Probate & Family Court to perform data entry in the Court Activity Record Information (CARI) system, compile daily trial lists, and provide administrative support.

You will serve coworkers, lawyers, law enforcement, and the public by phone and in person, handle mail, filings, and case documents, and may travel among Lowell and Woburn sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related work experience required.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-counter customer service and answer incoming calls.
• Enter and update restraining orders.
• Process incoming/outgoing mail and file court papers.
• Update CARI with continuance dates and depositions.
• Assist attorneys, litigants, and law enforcement with information requests and forms.
