Massachusetts Trial Court seeks an entry-level Case Administrator I for the Essex County Juvenile Court. The role handles initial case processing, data entry, and cashiering responsibilities across locations in Salem, Lynn, Lawrence, and Newburyport.

Responsibilities include customer service to the public and attorneys, maintaining records, and assisting with scheduling and docket entries. Union designation applies; starting pay is an entry level rate per the CBA/MOU.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required and one year of related work experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of MS Office and modern office technology is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains dockets and records along with legal documents/files pertaining to cases.
• Enter complaints, petitions, summonses, warrants, daily lists, orders of commitment, and updates to case information.
• Answers incoming phone calls, routes callers, takes messages, and provides routine information.
• Provides technical assistance to litigants, counsel, and the public concerning case procedures.
• Performs general case intake duties and prepares docket entries.
