The candidate will draft, file pleadings, manage case files, monitor court deadlines, assist with trial prep, and coordinate with clients and opposing counsel, contributing to an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a litigation paralegal (probate or estate litigation experience required).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, notices, and other litigation documents.
• Manage case files from inception through resolution, ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Maintain and monitor court deadlines, hearings, and trial calendars.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings as needed.
• Ensure all case activity is documented in the firm’s case management system.
• Communicate with clients professionally and proactively move cases forward.
