Qualifications

• Proven experience as a litigation paralegal (probate or estate litigation experience required).
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with case management systems (PracticePanther or similar).

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, notices, and other litigation documents; manage case files from inception through resolution.
• Maintain and monitor court deadlines, hearings, and trial calendars.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings as needed; ensure all activity is documented in the case management system.
