Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience in probate, guardianship, estate/trust or fiduciary litigation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Florida litigation and probate procedures.
• Excellent drafting, proofreading and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach and ownership of work.
• Experience with Clio, NetDocuments, ShareFile, or Asana.
• Paralegal certification or degree preferred.
• Florida Notary status, or willingness to obtain it, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with case management, pleadings, motions, discovery, and litigation documents.
• Prepare and proofread court filings, correspondence, subpoenas and related documents.
• Coordinate court filings, transcripts, certified records and emergency filings.
• Assist with discovery and subpoena management.
• Monitor deadlines, court requirements and case workflow.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding scheduling, documentation and procedural matters.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical case files.
• Assist with intake, conflict checks and matter administration.
• Support timekeeping, billing and expense processes.
• Work closely with attorneys on complex and sensitive litigation matters.

Litigation Paralegal – Probate, Trust & Guardianship Litigation

Location: North Palm Beach, Florida
Type: Full-time, In-person

A highly regarded boutique law firm in Palm Beach County is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team, supporting attorneys across complex probate, estate, trust and guardianship litigation matters.

The firm handles sophisticated and often time-sensitive disputes, including will contests, trust disputes, fiduciary litigation, elder exploitation claims, emergency guardianship proceedings and injunction matters.

The Role

• Experience with systems such as Clio, NetDocuments, ShareFile, Asana or similar platforms
• Paralegal certification or a degree in paralegal studies preferred
• Florida Notary status, or willingness to obtain it, preferred
