Qualifications

• Proven experience as a litigation paralegal (probate or estate litigation experience required).
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional phone and email etiquette; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files from inception through resolution with accuracy.
• Monitor court deadlines, hearings, and trial calendars.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings as needed.
• Update the firm’s case management system with case activity; maintain communications with clients.
