Qualifications

• Strong academic performance and proficient legal writing skills.
• Experience in probate litigation, including will and trust contests.
• Ability to research and master oral advocacy for court proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Manage probate litigation from intake through trial or settlement.
• Draft petitions, motions, discovery requests, and appellate briefs.
• Take and defend depositions of family members, medical experts, and financial institutions.
• Represent clients in court hearings and status conferences.
• Lead trials and prepare trial briefs, cross-examinations, and evidence.
• Advise clients through guardianships and trust disputes.
• Investigate abuse and breach of fiduciary duty in financial records.
